This Audi SQ7 was `Air Lifted` 🤪 into us as it refused to turn the ignition on leaving the customer stranded and unable to move the car! With the handbrake and steering lock unable to be deactivated the only way to recover the vehicle was to lift it up on and off the truck 😬
After carrying out our initial fault assessment we found that the steering lock control unit had failed
Replacement of the steering lock control unit with a Genuine Audi part then security coding using ODIS the Genuine VW Audi group diagnostic equipment and this SQ7 is back up and running 💪
